MoU signed between India and Mozambique for mutual cooperation in the energy sector

On 28 November 2014, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between India and Mozambique on cooperation in the field of Oil and Gas. The objective of the Agreement is to enhance bilateral cooperation in the energy sector for five years on the basis of equality and mutual benefit. Through this agreement the Indian public sector companies sought cooperation from the Government of Mozambique in the field of Oil and Gas.
