Respected sir,
With due respect I would like to put forward my grievances regarding my eye-sight. I have only one eye working right side eye totally blind. Due to that I have been suffering a lot. I have been disappointed by so many authorities, as i am not able to avail the special privileges offered by our government in the areas of railway services ,bus services and government services etc. All these services are offered to the handicapped people with defect in one of the parts in the body. But government authority does not consider a person with only one eye as a handicapped. is not pathetic and ironic condition for us having only one eye?
Sir, I benignly appeal your honorable self to solicit and take my case and appeal in consideration and help me/us in getting the requested privilege
Thanking you,
