Karnataka High Court: While dealing with question relating to the retrospective applicability of Payment of Bonus (Amendment) Act, 2015, the Learned Single Judge issued an interim order to the effect that the amendment would take effect only from the financial year 2015-16.
Notice has been served to the Attorney Solicitor General of India with regard to the interim order for putting a stay on retrospective applicability of Payment of Bonus (Amendment) Act, 2015. [Karnataka Employees Association v. Union of India, WP 5272/2016, decided on February 02, 2016]
