Umakanth, Associate Professor, NUS, Singapore, Sawant Singh, Partner, Phoenix Legal, Abhishek Malhotra, Managing Partner, TMT Law Practice, Sumeet Malik, Associate Editor, Supreme Court Cases and Richa Naujoks, Partner, Nixon Peabody have contributed chapters to the book India: The Business Opportunity. The book is edited by Dr Linda Spedding, International Lawyer and Advisor and published by Eastern Book Company, India’s largest independent law publisher. The foreword is written by Arun Jaitley, Union Finance Minister of India.
