NDTV has reported that the President has signed the 122nd Constitution Amendment Bill after it was passed by both houses of Parliament and ratified by 16 States. The 101st Constitution Amendment Act, 2016 lays the foundation for Parliament to enact the law on Goods and Services Tax.
