Mr. Sudhir Krishnaswamy has been appointed as the new Vice Chancellor of National Law School of Inida University.
Mr. Krishnaswamy is a NLSIU alumnus, 1998 batch. He holds a BCL and Doctor of Philosophy from Oxford University. He is Teaching Fellow in Law at the Pembroke College at Oxford University and also a Assistant Professor at NLSIU and a Professor at the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata and Azim Premji University.
He is also the Co-founder of the Centre for Law & Policy Research. He has authored the book titled ‘Democracy and Constitutionalism in India (Oxford University Press in 2009).
