G.S.R. 774 (E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (1) and (2) of Article 371 D of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974, namely:-
1. (1) Short title, extent and commencement.—This Order may be called the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Amendment Order, 2019.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
(3) It shall come into force at once.
2. In the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974, in paragraph 4, in sub-paragraph (3), for the words “within a period of five years”, the words “within a period of seven years” shall be substituted.
