The NUJS ADR Society is proud to announce that we shall be organising the ADR-ODR International NUJS Civil and Commercial Mediation Training Programme. It is scheduled to take place from 2nd March to 5th March, 2020, and will be conducted as a part of the NUJS Mediation Competition, 2020.
The training programme will be conducted by Mr. Rahim Shamji, the founder of ADR-ODR International and a highly established mediator, and will involve practical learning exercises to help develop the essential skills to become a successful mediator.
Delegates will be involved in role-playing mediation sessions, group discussions, and exercises in order to practice the skills being learned.
Eligibility
The Course is open to all students pursuing a Bachelor’s (3-year or 5-year course) or Master’s in Law.

Students who successfully complete the training programme will be awarded the prestigious status of an ADR-ODR International Accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator recognized by the Civil Mediation Council.

Registration Fee
Participants will be required to pay a registration fee of INR 25,000 . Accommodation for the 3 days of the course can be availed at a cost of INR 2,400 only.
Ordinarily, qualifying as an Accredited Mediator with ADR-ODR International in the UK would cost GBP 2,500. However, this programme offers exactly the same level of tuition and the same professionally recognized accreditation at a competitive fee.
