Supreme Court Collegium has resolved to recommend that Justice Protik Prakash Banerjee be appointed as Additional Judge of the Calcutta High Court for a fresh term of one-year w.e.f. 21st March, 2020.
Collegium has approved the proposal for appointment of following three Additional Judges of Calcutta High Court as Permanent Judges of that High Court:
- Smt. Justice Shampa Sarkar,
- Shri Justice Ravi Krishan Kapur, and
-
Shri Justice Arindam Mukherjee.
