One-time relaxation to Employees who did not file contribution for period of April, 2019 to September 2019 within 42 days. The Employers are allowed to file this contribution up to 15-05-2020.
Further it is made clear that:
One time relaxation is limited to contribution period ending September, 2019 only and no further relaxation in limitation for other contribution period is allowed.
Such relaxation is not extended to other older or new contribution period.
