Central Government, Ministry of Corporate Affairs notifies the following postings/transfers of Members of National Company Law Tribunal with immediate effect:
- H.P. Chaturvedi, Member(Judicial) –to — NCLT Mumbai
- M.B. Gosavi, Member (Judicial) –to– NCLT Ahmedabad
- Rajasekhar V.K., Member (Judicial) –to– NCLT Kolkata
The above-mentioned members shall move to their new stations of posting after lockdown restrictions on movement are withdrawn by Centre and respective State Governments.
