Breaking | Domicile Reservation Policy | Delhi HC puts a stay on the introduction of 50% state domicile reservation policy in NLU-D

Delhi High Court: As reported by the media,

the Division Bench of Hima Kohli and Subramonium Prasad, have put a stay in view of the several petitions that were filed earlier against the 50 % reservation in National Law University, Delhi for students who would have passed their qualifying examination from Delhi.

Bench also directed to issue a new admission notification by 2nd July, 2020.

Matter has been adjourned till 18th August, 2020.

Petitions pertained against the introduction of 50% domicile reservation for the students who would have passed their qualifying examinations from Delhi.
