Centre for Public Law at ILS Law College has organized a series of discussions on landmark pronouncements of Supreme Court at 70.
We inaugurated the series with an analysis of A K Gopalan with a very power-packed panel and it gives us immense pleasure to conclude the season 1 of this series on a high note with a reflection on the fifth case at 70 “Kusaldas Advani at 70 – Revisiting Writ of Certiorari, Prohibition and Declaration”
