  • Respected Sir , I did my PGDM dual in distance learning mode in the year 2005-06 from Indian Institute of Modern Management (IIMM/BIMM) Pune.

Now I had applied for Valuation course from IBBI which requires that –
Establish whether IIMM/BIMM is established and recognized by Law in India.”
I Am following up with the Institute (IIMM/BIMM) for last 3 months but not getting an evidence that IIMM /BIMM was established and recognized by Law in India in 2005-06.They are saying that it was autonomos.

    Pls help.
