  • Had deliberated with him in the meeting of Law Commission for amendment of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Came into close touch and exchanged mails with him. Was amazed to find his profound knowledge in various branches of law. He was an erudite scholar. To his departed soul, I pay my respectful tributes.
