About the speaker
Apar Gupta is the Executive Director of the Internet Freedom Foundation, and is one of the topmost lawyers working in the interface of law, technology, and societal issues. He has written a commentary on the Information Technology Act, and was also a visiting faculty in NLU-D and NLS-B. He has featured in Forbes 30 under 30 list and was a part of some of the landmark judgments like K.S. Puttaswamy v. UOI, Anuradha Bhasin v. Union of India, PUCL v. UOI, etc.
