Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad is conducting an Online (Virtual) Academic Event of contemporary relevance titled as “International Symposium on Community Lawyering and Development of Incubators in the Legal Profession – Indo-American Experiences & Prospects” on Sunday, February 07, 2021 at 05:30 PM onward (virtually).

The topic in hand is extremely important, considering the change in the attitude of the Next-Gen Lawyers in the country and the event is planned so as to promote a culture of Clinical Legal Education in Indian Law Schools. Community lawyering is considered to be one of the important tools of social change that enables lawyers to use their legal acumen to understand and work to address the issues in a community from a broader perspective. The concept of Legal Incubator has emerged in order to fill the gap between law in classrooms and law in court. Also, Legal Incubators are a powerful entrepreneurial bridge that connects recent law graduates with opportunities to provide legal services to the moderate and low income groups.
This programme is open to all the participants including students, academicians, professionals and the entire legal fraternity.
