Republic of India signs Extradition Treaty with the State of Israel and Republic of Lithuania in order to make cooperation more effective between the countries in the suppression of crime by making further provision for the reciprocal extradition of offenders and recognizing that concrete steps are necessary to combat crime, including terrorism.
