The Socio-Legal Review, NLSIU is partnering with the Rehabilitation Research Initiative, India to conduct an online session titled Socio-legal Water and Sanitation Dialogue: India Chapter‘.
 
The session will be to understand the relation between water and sanitation, sanitation infrastructure, labour and behaviour in India, and also highlight the related crisis in India mainly from a sociological and legal perspective. The speakers are Diane Coffey (social demographer; co-author, Where India Goes), Philippe Cullet (Professor of Environmental Law, SOAS), Arkaja Singh (Fellow, CPR), Sujith Koonan (Co-author, Right to Sanitation), Pragya Akhilesh (national convener of RRI, India, and secretary of the Bhim Safai Karmachari Trade Union). 
 
The session will be held on 23rd May (Sunday) from 4 PM onwards.
