On July 22, 2021, the Information Regulator published Form 5 of the Regulations relating to the Protection of Personal Information, 2018 which support the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013.
The form pertains to Regulation 7 of the Regulations and allows the submission of complaints regarding interference with the protection of personal information or a complaint regarding determination of an adjudicator in terms of Section 74 of POPIA.
