On November 02, 2021, the Ministry of Mines has issued a notification to revoke the notification G.S.R. 927(E) dated the December 03, 2015 which specified Mineral (Mining by Government Company) Rules, 2015.
Notwithstanding such rescission, anything done or any action taken under the Mineral (Mining by Government Company) Rules, 2015, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of the Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016, published in Gazette of India, Part II, section 3, sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 279(E), dated 4th March, 2016.
