The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has amended the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018 and notified Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (Ninth Amendment) Regulations, 2021 vide notification dated 31.12.2021.
The Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (Ninth Amendment) Regulations, 2021 amends Regulation 15 of the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018 to extend the transitional provisions of the said regulations from December 31, 2021 till June 30, 2022.
