INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
- 7 days mandatory home quarantine for all international arrivals in India.
ANDAMAN
- Thermal screening will be done for all passengers.
- RT-PCR negative report issued from an ICMR recognized lab where test is taken 48 hours before commencement of journey is mandatory for all above 2 years of age.
- All passengers with history of foreign travel in last 30 days will be tested on arrival and they have to strictly self isolate till the receipt of negative RT- PCR report.

It is mandated that all passengers, irrespective of status of vaccination, shall scrupulously follow COVID appropriate behaviour (wearing mask, maintaining social distancing etc.) at all times.
ANDHRA PRADESH
- Thermal screening is to be done on arrival.
- All asymptomatic passengers will have to undergo home quarantine for 14 days.
- All passengers are required to register themselves on Spandana website
ASSAM
- Thermal screening will be conducted on arrivals. Rapid Antigen Test on arrival is mandatory. Passenger with positive result go for home isolation or hospitalization. Passenger with negative result will have to take RT-PCR test at airport and remain under home quarantine until the result is declared.
- Exemptions from Institutional Quarantine: Exemptions :
(i) Pregnant women,
(ii) Elderly person above 75 years,
(iii) Person due to attend funeral of immediate relation,
(iv) Children below 10 years,
(v) Divyang,
(vi) Immediate relative of hospitalized patients,
(vii) People pre–existing health conditions.
- All arriving passengers will have to undergo compulsory home quarantine for 7 days, even if the result of COVID-19 test on arrival is negative. Passengers with positive results will have to undergo home isolation/hospitalization. Passengers with negative result will have to take RT-PCR test at airport and remain under home quarantine until the result is declared.
- Passengers transiting to Intra-Assam and North East States exempted from arrival testing. Government Officials and Passengers traveling on medical reasons or family bereavement are exempted from mandatory quarantine.

Rapid Antigen Test on arrival is not mandatory for fully vaccinated passengers. Fully vaccinated passengers have to carry valid vaccination certificate for both doses.
BIHAR
- All arriving passengers coming from States where COVID infection rate is high or cases of Delta Variant is reported, will have to undergo Rapid Antigen Test at Airport on arrival. However, all those passengers who have taken both doses of COVID vaccine or are carrying negative RT- PCR report generated within 72 hours of travel, will be exempted from testing on arrival.
- No Quarantine requirement. Arriving passengers at Patna will be randomly tested for Covid -19 and those found positive shall be directed to follow the SOP issued by the Health Department, Government of Bihar.
- For GAYA only-Passengers arriving from Madhya Pradesh, Delhi & NCR, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Kerala & Punjab will require Vaccination Certificate/RT- PCR/RAT negative report from ICMR accredited labs. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
- RT-PCR report within 72 hours. 14 days past certificate of both doses of COVID vaccination.
- Foreign travelers coming to Bihar through Patna Airport will have to undergo Rapid Antigen Test upon arrival at airport. Some passengers will be randomly selected for collection of samples for RT-PCR test.
CHANDIGARH
- Thermal screening will be done for all passengers.
- Passengers travelling to Chandigarh are mandatorily required to be in possession of RT-PCR negative report of not older than 72Hours from an ICMR accredited lab or a COVID vaccination Final Certificate (two doses complete). RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.

All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App. All passenger must register on COVA Punjab App before commencing their journey.
CHATTISGARH
- RTPCR negative test report within 72hrs for all passengers even if they are having certificate of both vaccinations is mandatory. If passenger is not having RT- PCR report, testing will be done at Raipur airport and passenger will remain in home isolation till report is available.
DELHI
- Thermal screening will be done for all passengers upon arrival.
- Institutional quarantine for 07 days for international passengers. Government facility at no charge, alternatively paid quarantine at designated hotels.
- All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.
- All constitutional and government functionaries and their staff members are exempted from quarantine if they are asymptomatic.
GOA
- Passengers must carry a negative RT-PCR/TrueNAT/CBNAAT/Rapid Antigen Test report not earlier than 72 hours from an ICMR approved or final vaccination certificate showing 2 doses complete and 15days being elapsed from the receipt of the 2nd dose
- All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.
GUJARAT
- Thermal Screening to be done and Vaccination status of every passenger will be checked.
- All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App
- Carry a negative RT-PCR report not earlier than 72 hours from an ICMR approved laboratory if travelling to Surat or be in possession of final vaccination certificate (two doses complete). HARYANA
- Thermal screening will be done for all passengers upon arrival.
- All asymptomatic passengers arriving at Haryana will have to undergo home quarantine for 14 days.
HIMACHAL PRADESH
- All asymptomatic passengers arriving from all states will be exempted from quarantine, if they are carrying a COVID negative certificate through RT-PCR test or TRUNAAT t/CB NAAT test by an ICMR authorized lab issued not earlier than 96 hours from the time when the sample was taken.
- Asymptomatic passengers arriving from cities with high prevalence of Covid- 19 will have to undergo 7 days of institutional quarantine, followed by 7 days of home quarantine.
- Asymptomatic residents of Himachal Pradesh who had travelled to other states for medical, business or work purpose maybe exempted from quarantine if they exit or re-enter state within 48 hours.
- Passengers arriving from cities with high prevalence of Covid-19 may only be exempted from institutional quarantine if they are travelling for exceptional and compelling reasons such as human distress, pregnancy, death in family, serious illness and parent(s) accompanied by children below 10 years. However, these passengers will then have to undergo home quarantine for 14days.
- Mandatory for all passengers to install Aarogya Setu App and also register at least 48 hours prior to their arrival on the Covid E- Pass portal.
JAMMU AND KASHMIR
- All passengers arriving at Jammu & Kashmir will have to undergo Covid19 antigen test through RT-PCR method or Rapid Antigen test.
- Until the test results are reported negative, passengers will have to undergo home quarantine. Passengers without contactable phone number with updated Aarogya Setu App will have to undergo institutional quarantine for 14 days or till their test results are reported negative, in which case they will be released for home quarantine
- Passengers are required to fill Up ICMR health form on arrival.
JHARKHAND
- Passengers arriving from Maharashtra, Kerala and Punjab will require RT- PCR/RAT negative report from ICMR accredited labs done within last 72hrs. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time. Passengers without RTPCR Report will be tested at the airport. RTPCR/RAT test will be free of cost at arrivals.
- Mandatory 7 days home quarantine for all passengers arriving into the state of Jharkhand.
KARNATAKA
- Mandatory to possess a negative RT-PCR certificate not older than 72 hours for all passengers originating from Kerala and Maharashtra irrespective of the vaccination status.
- For travelers from all other states, it is mandatory that those with COVID -19 symptoms should carry a RT- PCR Negative Test Report.
- Mandatory 7 day institutional quarantine for
(i) All students arriving from Kerala State in pursuance of their studies in any discipline but not restricted to nursing, medical, engineering, para medical, etc.
(ii) Passengers coming from Maharashtra should be kept in institutional Quarantine followed by 14 days home quarantine.
(iii) Business travelers from Maharashtra having a confirmed return ticket within 7 days from arrival are exempted from 7 days of institutional quarantine provided they have COVID negative certificate issued not
more than 2 days before the date of arrival. If not, the passengers will be kept in 2 days of institutional quarantine where they will be tested (charges to be paid by passenger). Upon negative result the passengers will be allowed to proceed.
- Home Quarantine of 14 days for passengers coming from remaining States.
- Passenger needs to have Seva–Sindhu portal pass.
KERALA
- Travelers from other States to Kerala shall carry a RT- PCR negative certificate taken within 72 hours before the start of journey. RT-PCR negative certificate not mandatory for persons who have taken both doses of vaccine and asymptomatic.
- All asymptomatic passengers to undergo home quarantine for 14 days. Passengers visiting Kerala for less than7 days are exempted from home quarantine provided they obtain an entry pass for short visit from the Jagratha portal.
- In case, any passenger arrives at the Calicut airport without an RT- PCR result, the arrangements for the RT- PCR testing shall be arranged at the Airport itself. The passenger shall bear the expense of the test. The Passenger should remain in paid quarantine centre or to home quarantine till the results are available.
- All passengers arriving at Kerala must have a valid e-pass after registering their details in state’s COVID Jagratha portal, without which the passenger will not be permitted to exit the airport.
LADAKH
- Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.
- All asymptomatic passengers arriving at Ladakh will be exempted from quarantine if they are carrying a Covid-19 negative certificate by an ICMR- authorized lab issued within 48 hours before arrival. All other passengers will have to undergo mandatory home quarantine for 7 days.
- Workers are advised to arrive at Ladakh through contractor(s) or labour agencies and will be exempted from quarantine if they are also carrying a Covid-19 negative certificate by an ICMR-authorized lab issued within 48 hours before arrival. If they do not carry this report, they will have to undergo 7 days of institutional quarantine followed by a Covid- 19 test.
LAKSHADWEEP
- Passengers should be in possession of RT-PCR negative certificate of not older than 72 hours or final vaccination certificate (two doses complete).
MADHYA PRADESH
- Self-declaration is mandatory for all arriving passengers to Indore. This is not mandatory for Bhopal.
- Passengers arriving from Maharashtra State are are required to be in possession of RT-PCR negative report of not older than 72Hours from an ICMR accredited lab. Those not in possession of RT-PCR report upon arrival shall be required to undergo the test on arrival free of cost. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
- All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.
- Institutional Quarantine of 10 days, if symptomatic on arrival and tested positive.
MAHARASHTRA
- All passengers must download Aarogya setu App.
- It is mandatory for passengers arriving into Aurangabad from other states/UT to carry a negative RT-PCR which will have to be issued from up to a maximum of 72Hours before the time of arrival into Aurangabad. RT-PCR timeline starts from the report issuance time. Passenger not in possession of the same shall be denied boarded at the origin station.
- Passengers in possession of final vaccination certificate, i.e., those who have taken both doses shall be exempted from pre-departure RT-PCR requirement.
- Submit contact details with authorities, in case the test result come positive the state officials will contact.
MANIPUR
- Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers. Effective 30th June 2021, passengers, entering Manipur from outside the State, who have been fully vaccinated with two doses of COVID vaccine shall be exempted from producing negative COVID testing reports or from mandatory testing on arrival at Imphal Airport on the condition that at least 15 (Fifteen) days should have been completed from the date on which the second dose of COVID vaccine was administered.They should produce a valid certificate depicting the fully vaccinated status of the person with two doses of COVID vaccine and with the certificate clearly indicating the date on which the second vaccine dose was received.
MEGHALAYA
- RT-PCR test for all arriving passengers on chargeable basis in case passenger is not carrying a negative COVID-19 report on arrival (not earlier than 72 hours prior to arrival).
- All passengers undergoing RT-PCR test on arrival shall be required to undergo home or paid quarantine as designated by the authorities on arrival till the test result is received which is usually available within 48 Hours.

MIZORAM
- All passengers travelling to Mizoram are advised to be in possession of RT-PCR negative report not earlier than 72Hours. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time
- All arriving passengers after undergoing RAT test on arrival shall be quarantined in a facility appointed by the Government or Deputy Commissioner and shall undergo RT-PCR/TrueNAT test after 5 days. If negative shall be released from quarantine.
- All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App
- For all persons entering Mizoram, prior registration on mPASS-flight or mPASS-road in mCOVID-19 mobile application before arrival is mandatory to enable proper arrangements for screening and quarantine. Home quarantine and Hotel quarantine can be applied online HERE
NAGALAND
- Passengers must have their RT- PCR (negative) report with them from an ICMR approved lab not earlier than 72 hours of arrival into the state of Nagaland through RT-PCR / TrueNat / CBNAAT
- Fully vaccinated tourists will not be required to be tested at the point of entry and further may not be required to quarantine. Those with single dose of vaccine will also not be tested on arrival. However they need to observe 7 days of quarantine. Those without any vaccine dose will be tested on arrival and subject to 7days quarantine.
- All travelers are required to install and register on the Covid Nagaland visitor’s app and fill the Self Declaration form.
- Residents of North East states other than Nagaland should possess negative Covid test report not earlier than 72 hours of entry into Nagaland or should have taken at least 1 dose of vaccine.
ODISHA
- All passengers travelling to Bhubaneshwar are advised to be in possession of RT-PCR negative report of not earlier than 72 hours from the arrival into the city. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
- Passengers not in possession of RT-PCR negative certificate shall be required to undergo test on arrival at their own cost and isolate themselves till the receipt of the report.
- Passengers undergoing tests on arrival shall have to remain in isolation till result of on arrival result is declared.
- All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.
PUNJAB
- It is mandatory for all passengers flying into Airports in Punjab to:
i. Carry a certificate of Full/ Final Vaccination (both doses) OR
ii. Carry a negative RT-PCR Certificate of the last 72 hours. Infants and children below 10 years of age shall be exempt from the above requirement. It is clarified that this shall apply for domestic flights only and the requirement for arrival of International Passengers shall continue to be governed by the extant guidelines of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
- All asymptomatic passengers arriving at Punjab will have to undergo home quarantine for 14 days.
RAJASTHAN
- Passengers who have already been administered with 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine, are EXEMPT from carrying the RT- PCR COVID-19 negative report while entering the State of Rajasthan, and shall also be exempt from the mandatory Home/Institutional Quarantine. However, those passengers who have not been fully vaccinated are required to carry a negative RT-PCR test report not older than 72 hours before departure.
- Passengers, without the report will have to undergo test at the airport on arrival and be quarantined for a period of 07 days. In case, the passenger does not belong to Jaipur or Rajasthan (Tourist, Businessman), he will may have to make his own arrangements for getting quarantine.
- All passengers arriving in Rajasthan shall undergo thermal screening and oxygen saturation checks at the airport. Passengers arriving on International flights will have to undergo RTPCR tests on arrival and remain in isolation for 7 days till negative RTPCR report.
TAMIL NADU
- COVID Testing will be done to symptomatic persons coming from Maharashtra & Kerala. All passengers arriving in Coimbatore to have Auto E- Pass & also carry a negative RT- PCR report not earlier than 72 hours from the time of departure. The same is not applicable for passengers arriving from Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Puducherry. In case the passenger arrives without RT-PCR report, COVID testing shall be done free of cost at Coimbatore airport.
- 7 days of Home Quarantine & 7 days of self-monitoring for all passengers arriving into Tamil Nadu from Maharashtra & Kerala. Other asymptomatic passengers from all states, apart from Maharashtra and Gujarat, must undergo home quarantine for 14 days.
TELANGANA
- Mandatory for all passengers to install the Aarogya Setu App.
- Asymptomatic passengers arriving at Telangana are exempted from quarantine.
TRIPURA
- Passengers arriving from ANY state are required to carry a RT-PCR/TRUENAT/CB-NAAT negative report from ICMR approved lab not earlier than 72 hours. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
- All Symptomatic passenger shall undergo 14 days Quarantine.
UTTARAKHAND
- COVID Test will be done (free of cost) for passengers arriving from Maharashtra, Kerala & Gujarat. All passengers will be exempted from home quarantine if they arrive with RT- PCR/True NAT/CBNAAT/Antigen test with negative report not more than 72hrs before arrival. Fully vaccinated passengers after 15 days of second dose will be exempted from above test requirements to enter the state.
- Home quarantine for visitors coming for more than 7 days. No quarantine for travelers coming to Uttarakhand with stay less than 7 days.
- All passengers need to register (Mandatory) on State website and follow SOPs of Government agencies.
UTTAR PRADESH
- Mandatory for customers traveling to Uttar Pradesh to carry RT-PCR negative report not older than 72 hrs from the time of sample collection or a COVID vaccination Final Certificate issued after 2 doses of vaccination and have completed 15 days after receiving the second dose.
WEST BENGAL
- All passengers coming from outside the state of West Bengal shall mandatorily possess an RT-PCR negative test report for a test conducted within 72 hours of flight departure or a proof of full vaccination.
