How can such newly created NyayaBandhu in HNLU be contacted for seeking legal aid in respect of an Infructuous WPC-1765/2016 continuing to be Pending at CG High Court without survival of its Prayers BUT its interim STAY, ordered pro-actively WITHOUT even any prayer / application therefor, continuing to defeat the process of Arbitration even after (the AWARD pronounced in August 2016) more than 5 and half years after the reference under The MSMED Act, 2006, thereby defeating the purpose of the Special Act of 2006 ?
