NUJS emerged as the RUNNERS-UP at the National Rounds of the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition, 2022
The NUJS team comprising ENAKSH SRIVASTAVA, Kevin Davis, Navya Bhayana, Rupal Dugar, Simran Upadhyaya, Anushka Singh, and Vanshika Agarwal, has emerged as the RUNNERS-UP at the National Rounds of the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition, 2022.
Resultantly, they have qualified for the World Rounds to be held in a few months. Additionally, Enaksh Srivastava bagged the BEST SPEAKER award in the competition.
Aditya Rai from HNLU wins best speaker at the 10th RGNUL National Moot Court Competition, 2022
Aditya Rai, a third year student from HNLU bagged the prize of ‘Best Speakers’ at the 10th RGNUL National Moot Court Competition, 2022.
The moot was based on criminal and constitutional law, and the competition was hosted virtually by RGNUL, Patiala from 1st-3rd April 2022.
TNNLU adjudged as the Winners of the 12th K.R. Ramamani Memorial National Taxation Moot Court Competition 2022
A team comprising of Ms J.S. Kaushalya [III Year], Ms Meghaa G. [III Year], and Ms Srinidhi Radhakrishnan [III Year]of Tamil Nadu National Law University (TNNLU) have been adjudged as the Winners of the 12th K.R. Ramamani Memorial National Taxation Moot Court Competition 2022, which was Organized by School of Excellence in Law, The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University in Association with Subbaraya Aiyar, Padmanabhan and Ramamani (S.A.P.R) Advocates, at School of Excellence in Law, The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Taramani, Chennai on March 5, 2022.
Ms J.S. Kaushalya, also won the Best Speaker award, along-with a cash prize of Rs. 5,000 for the same. And the team has won Rs. 50,000 as cash prize.
WBNUJS, Kolkata wins Best Mediator award at 10th NLIU-INADR International Mediation Tournament
WBNUJS, Kolkata was adjudged as the Best Mediator in the Finals of the 10th NLIU-INADR International Mediation Tournament. Their team consisted of Aman Nayar and Pooja PN from the 3rd and 2nd years respectively. About 35 Indian as well as International teams participated. Eminent personalities from ADR across the world were invited as judges, such as Mrs. Mary Lou Frank, Mr. Kenneth Frank, Mr. EO Mendes, Mr. Case Ellis, Mr. John Lag, Mr. Dennis Favaro and Ms. Iram Majid among other luminaries. The competition was from 24th-27th March 2022.
SLSH wins Honorable Mention for the Fali Nariman Award for the Best Written Memorandum
SLSH Team has won the Honorable Mention for the Fali Nariman Award for the Best Written Memorandum at the 19th Vis East & 3rd Virtual Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
The content for the same is as follows:
The team comprising Aishwarya Julinka, Vinamra Gogia, Subratosh Banerjee, Shreya Gupta, Harleen Rait, Sanjana Kiran and JM Ayushmaan represented Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad at the 19th Vis East & 3rd Virtual Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot. The team remarkably bagged the Honorable Mention for the Fali Nariman Award for the Best Written Memorandum for Respondent at the competition that was conducted from the 28th of March to the 3rd of April.
A total of 140 teams participated in the general rounds from various law schools across the world. Not only did the team receive an Honourable Mention for Best Memorandum for Respondent but has also bagged several other accolades during the course of their exhilarating Vis journey, which include:
- Semi-Finalists at the 1st Asia Pacific Vis Pre-Moot
- 1st Runner Up at the 11th Indian Vis Pre-Moot
- Eighth Finalists at the 6th AIAC Pre-Moot & 6th Best Oralist in the General Rounds – Aishwarya Julinka Anand

ILNU Team Adjudged as the Winner of 1st NALSAR – CCI Moot Court Competition
The team comprising Aman Kadri (19BBL010), Srishty Bajaj (19BBL056), and Rohan Dembani (19BBL107), which represented the Institute at the 1st NALSAR – CCI Moot Court Competition has been adjudged and declared as the winners of the competition.
The moot problem revolved around the issues of leniency programs and Single Economic Entity under Indian Competition Law. The moot witnessed over 70 teams. The team competed against Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) in the finals, and faced Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU) and Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad in their Quarter Finals and Semi-Finals, respectively.
