On May 18, 2022, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) has issued the Drugs (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2022 to further amend the Drugs Rules, 1945. This will come into force into November 1, 2022.
The amendment inserts “552. Acitretin” in Schedule H which specify “Prescription Drugs”.
