The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has notified to exempt the deposits pertaining to all classes of persons and all categories of goods, from the provisions of Section 51A dealing with payment of duty, interest, penalty etc.
This notification shall come into force with effect from June 01, 2022 and shall be effective upto November 29, 2022.
