Danish Kazi specialises in private equity, mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He has over 15 years of experience and has advised sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and private equity funds on their investments and divestments in India. He has also advised large Indian conglomerates on their restructuring, cross border transactions and joint ventures.
Manan Mehta has close to two decades of experience in mergers & acquisitions and securities law, corporate restructuring, corporate & commercial law, insolvency and bankruptcy, capital markets and litigation & arbitration. He has advised various multinational companies on foreign investment opportunities involving both listed as well as unlisted entities across different sectors in India including investment structures, entry-level strategies under the foreign direct investment regulations in various sectors and the policy of the Government of India in this regard.
