Ashutosh is a graduate of National Law University Odisha. Ashutosh specializes in handling sector specific commercial litigation and his primary focus area is regulatory proceedings before statutory authorities, tribunals and courts, commercial litigation, and Constitutional & Administrative law litigation with focus on energy sector. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, State electricity Regulatory Commissions for private generating companies (conventional and renewable), trading licensees and distribution licensees.

Suhael Buttan is a graduate from Symbiosis Law School, Noida. He primarily specialises in Energy and Infrastructure contractual disputes, especially pertaining to Renewable Energy. He also handles Commercial, Arbitration, IBC and General Litigation matters at SKV. In addition to representing corporate entities before various Courts, Tribunals and commissions pan India, Suhael also advises clients on diverse issues pertaining to Civil laws, Electricity Laws, Contractual Disputes and other commercial matters.
