Khaitan & Co advised Connell Caldic on the acquisition of business undertakings of Chemhouse Marketing, India and Brink Chemicals, India (Targets). The Targets are India-based distributor of value-added solutions to the personal care and topical dermatology market offering premium specialty and natural ingredients. The Firm advised the Clients on the entire transaction.
