PI Industries Ltd | Potential acquisition
Khaitan & Co advised PI Health Sciences Limited (PIHSL) in connection with the acquisition of (a) 100% shareholding of Therachem Research Medilab (India) Private Limited and Solis Pharmachem Private Limited from its existing shareholders; and (b) acquisition of identified assets of Therachem Research Medilab LLC, for a total consideration of USD 75 Million. Our role included assisting PI Health Sciences Limited with the structuring of the transaction, drafting, negotiation and finalization of the transaction documents.
The core team consisted of Prasenjit Chakravarti (Partner), Nitish Goel (Partner), Aman Parnami (Principal Associate), Vishakha Singh (Senior Associate) and Divya Kumar (Associate).
