Manipal Law School is hosting the 2nd edition of Conference on Constructing Legal Foundations-2025, titled Navigating the Future of Construction Law. This prestigious event will take place on Sunday, 15-06-2025, at the MIT Auditorium, Manipal Law School, MAHE, BSF Campus, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

The conference aims to bring together legal professionals and industry leaders to explore the evolving landscape of International Construction Law. Highlights of the Event:

Manipal Law School, Bengaluru, during March 2024, hosted its first the national conference titled “Constructing Legal Foundations: Navigating the Future of Construction Law.” The event brought together nearly 150 delegates from across India, creating a vibrant platform for legal professionals, academics, and industry experts to engage in meaningful dialogue about the evolving landscape of construction law.

The conference was inaugurated by Justice S. Ravindra Bhat, who underscored the growing significance of construction law in India’s rapidly developing infrastructure sector. The event featured distinguished speakers from around the world, including notable experts from the UK, Singapore, and Malaysia, reflecting its international scope and relevance.

Keynote addresses were delivered by Prof. Ratan Singh of Keating Chambers, UK, and Lt. Gen. Arvind Walia, Engineer-in-Chief of the Military Engineer Services. Their insights set the tone for a series of technical sessions that explored critical themes such as procurement, contract administration, construction claims, and dispute resolution.
