On 14-12-2025, the Supreme Court Registry notified an Advisory issued by CJI Justice Surya Kant concerning appearance of Members of the Bar/Parties-in-Person in view of the prevailing weather conditions in Delhi.
Members of the Bar/Parties-in-Person have been advised to avail hybrid mode of appearance through video conferencing facility in their matters listed before the Courts as per their convenience.
